“We first met and spoke to Chris at a wedding fair in Nottingham, he was very friendly, understanding and so easy to talk too. From that initial meeting we knew straightaway that we wanted Chris to be our wedding photographer. Every communication we had with Chris during the planning stage, whether it be via email or video call, was very positive and reassuring. Chris put us both at ease throughout the planning process as he knew my husband and I were quite anxious and worried about being in the spotlight on our special day.
On the day of our wedding, Chris was very professional, punctual and incredibly helpful and supportive. It felt like i had an extra bridesmaid on hand throughout the morning preparations because not only did Chris capture some beautiful moments of both myself, my family, my husband and his best man getting ready, but he also helped my disabled mam with her fascinator, flowers and her necklace from twisting with some double sided tape which he found in his emergency box of goodies. Plus he was on hand to help fasten the rest of my corset on my wedding dress as well as secure my veil in place with some hair grips, which again came from his emergency box of goodies.
Your impeccable help and support was very much appreciated. We loved every single minute of our wedding day and every photograph Chris took has captured the natural and precious moments of us and our guests celebrating our special day.

“We hired Chris to take photos of our special day in August 2022 at a countryside venue in Derbyshire. Right from the word go Chris provided excellent communication and was always happy to offer useful suggestions to help us plan our day. We decided to have the package including two photographers for the day which meant we have amazing professional photographs of both wedding parties getting ready in the morning before the wedding.
We had a number of meeting with Chris during the planning process where he talked us through how the day would run, he was happy to accommodate all specific photo requests as well as coming up with some of his own creative ideas on the day. We made special requests to disappear from the wedding reception during sunset to get some golden hour photographs which we definitely recommend! Chris was really helpful on the day with timekeeping and making sure we were all where we needed to be at the right time.
We received our wedding photos sooner than expected shortly after our honeymoon, one thing that we really liked about the online photo gallery is that all of the photographs from both photographers were time stamped, so all of the gallery appeared in chronological order; we could see what each party was doing at the time. Looking through our gallery was like reliving the day all over again! The photos are easy to download and store on an external hard drive and we are hoping to have an album made with Chris in future.

“There’s a review about him being “Mary Poppins with a camera” and it’s so true – not only does he take incredible images, he’s got everything in that magical camera bag and all his experience means that he is really handy to have around while getting ready; from doing up dress buttons to providing paracetamol when the headache hits, he did it all!
